Shipping policy

 

We offer delivery to England, Scotland and Wales. We also offer a collection service directly from our warehouse.

DELIVERY

All online orders are processed the same day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Order before 12pm (Mon-Fri) for next day delivery.

Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the following day.

Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday will be processed on the first subsequent working day.

Delivery cost

We are currently offering a flat rate delivery fee of £9.95.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us.

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@cellardrinks.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Not going to be in?

If you are not home when we try to deliver our friendly drivers will give you a ring to see if there is a safe place we can leave your order.

After placing your order and selecting 'pickup' at checkout, your order will be prepared and we will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
